Bleu catering provides a customizable dining experience for your guests. Whether it’s breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner or appetizers, Bleu offers a range of options to please every palate. We are happy to detail and customize menus and offer buffet, plated and family style dining options. Full bar options are also available, including local Vermont beers, wines and liquors.
Harbor Room
Boasting over 1,500 sq. ft. of windowed function space and natural light, the Harbor Room is the ideal location for hosting socially distanced rehearsal dinners, business meetings, or company retreats. Centrally located on the main level of the hotel, the Harbor Room is just steps away from the additional small to midsize function spaces providing a smooth transition for breakout meetings or pre-function events. With space to move and state of the art audio visual, the Harbor Room provides an inspiring and invigorating atmosphere for any professional or personal event.
Independence Room
Perfect for an intimate dinner, group breakout or mid-sized meeting, the Independence Room features 625 square feet of windowed event space on the first floor of the hotel providing easy access to hotel amenities and services such as on-site restaurant and lounge and easy access to both the Harbor Room, the hotel’s larger general session function space, as well as the Enterprise Boardroom. The Independence Room offers plenty of natural light and is equipped with a 56 inch LCD monitor for presentations.
Enterprise Boardroom
The Enterprise Boardroom, located on the main floor of the hotel, is perfect for your small group meeting, group deposition, or in-person sales presentation. Featuring 150 square feet of windowed event space coupled with a large boardroom style table and executive chairs, the Enterprise Boardroom is just what you need in order to host your smaller, confidential meeting. The 46 inch LCD monitor and granite countertop for coffee, tea, and water complete this room and make it the ideal compliment for intimate and sensitive business gatherings.
Harbor Terrace
Celebrate that special birthday or wedding, welcome reception or private dinner on the Harbor Terrace, our spacious outdoor event space. Enjoy views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains while savoring customized menu selections from Bleu Catering, featuring our Wood Fire Pizza Oven. Whether your event is casual or formal, the Harbor Terrace provides the most accessible and appealing outside event space for groups in downtown Burlington.
